Update DNS

I have several problems at the moment after i just signed up: http://lockandload.x10hosting.com

I got this message in the successfull sign up message:

Please update the DNS (nameservers) at your domain registrar to the followings:
ns1.x10hosting.com -> 69.93.137.173
ns2.x10hosting.com -> 69.93.137.172

Where is the domain registrar? I cant get into the control panel at the moment either. The IP does work however. How wil I update the nameservers?

You only have to update the nameservers if you are using a top level domain. Your subdomain should start working within 24 hours.
