Well, bad news.

Because of the undocumented feature in cPanel everything we have done for the past month has been a huge waste of time and money. For those of you who don't know, cPanel has a max connection limit of '160' and has refused to change it for us. This limit causes major issues with the server which include making it so not only users can not login, admins can not either. On top of that it also disconnects our backend in the middle of commands which completely breaks everything causing data inconsistencies.

In preparation to their expected response of not being able to help us we have put a backup plan together and have started implementing it. New hardware is currently being provisioned at our datacenter and modifications to the current servers will start tomorrow.

Unfortunately this means all the accounts we moved to Fris will have to be moved off of it. We have already started packaging accounts up and plan to evenly distribute them among the other remaining free servers. This should allow for a faster restore process since we'll be able to restore up to 8 accounts at once vs 1 or 2. Accounts that are not suspended will be moved first with suspended accounts moved last.

There will continue to be delays with normal support as we are 100% focusing on getting through this disaster as quickly as possible. A full backup will be started tomorrow evening of Fris and the old Absolut to make sure no files are lost with all this moving going on. I have setup dedicated space specifically for these backups.

I apologize to all the people who are having issues during these moves... we spent a lot of time and money planning this last move and are very disappointed that a number in some encoded file has just erased everything we have done for the last month. This is the worst possible outcome and not even something we considered after all of our tests showed such great results. We will continue to try our best and get our backup plan implemented as soon as we can.

No one wants to get things back on track as much as the team at x10 including our community support members. No one likes answering the same questions over and over and no one likes giving out bad news. Believe me when I say we're doing our absolute best to fix things up which includes a monetary commitment with the new hardware that is being put online as I type this.

Thanks for hanging in there.

*Please forgive any typos, it's 4:30AM here and I wanted to get this last update in before I check our provisioning status and head to bed.
