Upgrade hosting service

Several days ago i sign up for a x10hosting plain to try this service. I had serious problems with my old hosting provider so i uploaded all my wordpress blog ( database,files ) and parked my domain on x10hosting. Everything goes fain .
Now my site is up and running well , but the bandwidth 10 gb is not enough for my site.
I want to apply for a premium hosting at x10premium.com but i want to know some things first :
-is it possible that you can move automatically my site from x10hosting to x10premium without to lose anything ?
- i must do same data backup first ?
- what is the procedure for this ?
- on the premium hosting are the same cpanel for users and same speed ?

-Yes I believe it is possible to move your site to the premium service. Just open a client support ticket.
-I recommend doing some backups first. Use File Manager and compress your public_html directory and phpMyAdmin to export your databases.
-Premium hosting is on a completely different server, with less users, therefore less abuse, therefore faster with a 99.9% Uptime Guarantee.

Yes, you website can be moved from free hosting to premium hosting for you. All your configuration will be saved.

Doing you own personal backups are always a good idea.

After you buy the premium package, open a new ticket at the client area and request your free account to be moved to your premium account. You will be asked for your cPanel username and the rest is taken care of.

cPanel is the website control panel available for free and premium users. However, the account control panel ( http://x10hosting.com/control/ ) is not the same. For premium, it's https://clients.x10hosting.com/clientarea.php. As for the speed and reliability, both are way better in premium hosting than free. Premium has similar servers as free, but there is 95% less account on the servers...
