Unsure how to upgrade my account without creating another account.
I am always taken back to registration each time I put in the request.

I will use my Visa Debit Card with automatic payment the 5th of each month.

What do you mean taken back to registration when you put in the request? Which request?

Your free account is being suspended for high CPU usage. This is because your scripts are probably using too much CPU for free hosting, though they're usually fine on premium.
