Upgrade pending

I had requested for a v2 upgrade and it was accepted on 1/19/2008 (checked from email sent). Is there a server problem or has my account been missed by any chance?

Remember that it may take up to three hours for your account's version to be switched - you will receive another email once this happens.

If you have any issues with this, please seek support on x10Hosting's support forums.

If there is any issue with the server, then I shall wait, as I understand that these things happen when there are server moves.

Sorry, forgot to say what it shows in my account panel:

Your application for PHP v was accepted and your account is pending a PHP version upgrade.
Basic PHP Configuration - Select to view details
Intermediate PHP Configuration - Upgrade pending

Your account is currently having PHP v2 (Intermediate Configuration). Check Account Management Panel now.
