"Upgrade Pending"

Last night at about 2 am, I posted a request for an upgrade to version 2 of php (Intermediate) under the advice that it will assist. Without the memory upgrade, I am incapable of doing anything at all.

After about twenty minutes, it was accepted, but nearly 24 hours later, no change has been made at all. I am still having Suhosin arrors, still need 19mb of memory allocation for php, and am still getting an "upgrade pending" text next to my php version thing on the account panel.

How long can this downtime be expected to take?

It can take up to 24 hours.

Can you link to a page where you're getting the SUHOSIN error?

kajasweb, Under Hosting account details, it says that I have intermediate, but under php version, it says upgrade pending on intermediate.

Also, I still only have 8mb of memory.

It has now been about thirty hours (definitely more than 24) and nothing about it has changed

I uninstalled wordpress thinking it was an error there before messing with the actual php version. it basically said
[SUHOSIN] Fatal Error: /e modifier not allowed in preg_replace in file (wordpress file path here ending in kses.php) on line 627

Probably not exactly, ut I am now using drupal, and it says I need more memory and stuff. These two are the only ones I have any sort of ability in at all, so I want to stay with them. My php abilities are nowhere near good enough to consider coding my own.

I know it has been a bit of time since your pending upgrade, but I ask you to bear with us a bit more, several other users are also pending upgrades. I'm sure your account will be upgraded at some point of time.

Checking on this now. No reason why it should be taking more than 24 hours.

Thank you all, it is all working in perfect order. It took around 36 hours or so. A few users have complained, but I don't have many so it was no big deal.
