How do I convert my free hosting to a premium account without losing any of my data?

After you purchase your premium account, open a ticket in your new client area (you will get logon details after you complete your purchase). In the ticket, ask the support staff to transfer your account from the free server to the premium one.

In order to expedite this process, you should post your free hosting CPANEL username and what free hosting server (boru, starka, stoli, etc.) your account is currently on.
