Hi, I have been trying to upgrade my free account to a prime account. Every time I try I just end up on a blank page. What do I or can I do?

x10hosting is currently changing - updating for weeks now - their program (plans and software) to upgrade free-hosting accounts
you can NOT pay to upgrade your free-hostimg account or pay to renew your current upgrade until x10hosting sets the 'new' software
