Hi, I want to upgrade my free hosting to prime, but the page https://x10hosting.com/sso/upgrade isn't working. How else can I do it?

Prime (and Illuminated) plans are not currently available for new purchase. There has been no firm indication of when or if they will be available again; changes to the system intended to allow for more globally-available Free Hosting (with the additional automation and security requirements that involves) are not yet in a settled and more-or-less bug-free state. (It appears that it was more difficult to implement than anticipated. There are quite a few false positives and false negatives, so the administrative effort required hasn't been reduced to the level required yet.)
In the meantime, the augmented Free Hosting plans are on hold, and the only available upgrade is to Premium (paid) hosting. That must be purchased from x10Premium.com (where the upgrade option is available on the purchase form).
