Upgraded php to V2 still not able to install IPB

I upgraded my version of PHP to 2 as another post said to do if your having trouble installing invision power board. I am still however getting a blank page which is supposed to be the install. I am trying to install IPB 2.3.1. What do I do?

cPanel Username=wdsnav
Sub-Domain=gamersforums.x10hosting.com
Hosting Package=Ad-free PHP version 2

I'm getting a blank screen too, though not on IPB.

Seems no one from the staff is replaying to these questions... why???

May I ask, were did you get your IPB 2.3.1 from, if you bought it contact IP.Board and they should be able to help you.

Also, it can take upto 3 hours for PHP Changes to go into effect after it was accepted.

It is also about a simmilar problem, and I think the issue is with I need to switch the php version...

I think its a problem with the hosting rather than the board itself because it will install on another host, it just gave me an error when trying to go to the index of my forum but in this host im not able to even get to the install page, just a blank white page. About the upgrade, I asume that its complete because after about a hour of getting the acceptance email, I got the email saying that the upgrade is complete.
EDIT:Nevermind the install page is now working, i'll update this post after I see it installs correcly hopefully.
