Why does it take SO long to get an upgrade? I have seen admins come on, then they leave not even bothering to look at upgrade requesets.

well, they have a lot of different things to do. It usually takes about a day or so to get your upgrade if there are no other issues. Keep in mind that they've got a lot on their plate to chew and swallow. And they may not have looked at YOUR upgrade request, but I'm sure that they looked at someones. I mean, it wouldn't really be fair to begin at the beginning of the list, as those are the newest requests. They're going to the end and looking at the oldest requests first.

I've been waiting 3 days now and still no upgrade... hopefully they'll look at mine soon. And i've seen admins come on and sign off too, and then i've looked at the upgrade request and still none have been answered.

I've been waiting 5 days. Anyone want to fill me in on what's the issue they're dealing with that is slowing the process down?

We deal with every aspect of this board, all the members here plus the accounts that are abusing the system here. We also have to deal with our own websites and family life, so we have alot on our plates to, especially with all the members we have now. I understand you all want to get on your sites and get them up and running and we are trying our best to keep ahead of everything. PLEASE be patient.
