Upgrading issues?

Hello,

I seem to just get a blank page when trying to upgrade to Prime or Illuminated.. I would like to upgrade my site to this service. However, tried several browsers and a couple of computers.

Any idea how to get upgraded or what is the issue?

The Prime and Illuminated upgrades are not currently available; there is no word at the moment when they will become available again. There are some significant changes to the plans being offered underway, and I wouldn't expect to see the upgrade path back again before that's been deployed.
