I need to use the GD Library to render a catchpa, I submitted a ticket to ask if it could be installed and was told to log into my account and request to upgrade to intermediate PHP, The thing is how? When I log into the Account Panel the Account Information tells me I have:
"5.2.8 Version 1 - Basic"
When I click on Upgrade PHP Version it tells me:
This feature is not currently activated on your account. All accounts are set to x10Hosting's PHP v2. If you are not sure what that means, don't worry about it.
Where do I go to request the upgrade?
