Upgrading x10 Prime to x10 Premium

I could not find Livehelp as referenced at http://x10premium.com/chat.php nor could I find an email address to send my questions. Who should I contact for answers and how?

Two questions:
1. Will uploading 200,000 (74 Mb) product records into Magento shopping cart cause a x10 Premium account to get suspended?Currently, my x10 Prime account gets suspended at 28 records. It seems post processing consumes more resources than allowed. It does not seem like too large a file transfer issue.
2. Any issues or concerns working with PayPal cross border payments? (I am thinking security. Will PayPal refuse to work with me because the website does not have sufficient security?)
