Maybe no one wants too email you. I can't see why but if you have problems you should make a new email account or reset your htaccess file or make a new account.
What do you mean you have no emails? you have no emails about upgrading? You have no emails to your accounts email address that you created? give some context as to where the email is meant to being recieved from.
This is not the proper way to ask for help. I'm closing this, if you want to try again please provide an actual description of what is wrong besides complaining.
