Can I upload a existing mySQL database from my disk?

You'll need a free database slot (Free accounts are allowed up to 2 databases - If you already have 2 databases, you'll have to delete one to upload a new one)
1. Log into your cpanel
2. Go to 'phpMyAdmin' in the 'Databases' section of cPanel
3. Click on 'Import' in the top navbar
4. Click the button that says 'Choose File'
5. Pick the database you wish to upload
6. Don't change any other settings - Scroll down and click 'Go'
