Go to the control panel and there is a button in there for adding files.

Log in using Forum username/password
Click on Free Hosting active username cPanelUsername » View Details
Then click on button to log onto cPanel
cPanel --> FileManager --> upload --> browse for file , upload
or
use FTP with an FTP client like Filezilla.
tarjetasmsn.x10hosting.com/mypage.html would be stored as
/home/cPanelUserName/public_html/mypage.html
Remember, *nix is case sensative. Index.html and index.html are different files.
