i Use a great program called Filezilla you can get it at www.filezilla.com It is real simple to use.
Set up your ftp something like this.
ftp.yourdomain.x10hosting.com or whatever domain you have
Port: 21
For name and pass
Use your cpanel User Name And password
Click save and connect.
Once you do that you will notice all your folders on your x10hosted site. Open up the folder called "Public_html" and deleted the index.html file.
Once you have done that you can then upload your website and all it's files to that folder. After you have done that and IF you still have problems you can post back here and i will try and help the best i can.

Wait, are you asking how you upload the files that make your website to the server, or how you connect your new domain name to your site?
