I would not reccomend using that program..if using FileZilla it will go faster but you it is better...

Just upload the packed zip file on your space and then unpack it by smart ftp's unzip command, now run the install.php or any other file described in the manual, do as required thats all.
Please make sure that this CMS is allowed in x10 or not.

i cant fine the unzip command

You could simply unzip it on your desktop, and then copy all the files instead of unziping it after it's been uploaded.

This is what I usually do.

I also like filezilla for FTP (I recently switched after using FlashFXP for the last year)

use net2ftp upload the zip and it'll automacially unzip the files and folders in the directory

Or just upload the zip package, go to cPanel > File Manager and click on the file and then extract.
