upload question

[triatlon]

hello,i have a problem with uploading files,it doesn ´t leave me uploading anything,I try it by the cpanel ,i select file manager,i browse the file and AN EN ERROR OCURS¡¡¡

u can try and ftp client or internet explorer

what is the name of the file you are trying to upload?
