Should this be posted in the support forums?
Anyways,
You should upload all your files for your website to your public_html folder. You can do so by using an ftp client or your file manager in your cPanel. This might be confusing at first because there are alot of folders when you login to your ftp account or file manager, but you'll get the hang of it soon.
