Upload Skin tmfile() disable

Can ANyone help me? I use a nucleus CMS but when import skin, appear message error "tmpfile() disable for security reason". How to get fixed it?i want to install new skin for my CMS

Try upgrading your PHP to Level 2 ( Intermediate )
You can do this through your AMP ( http://www.x10hosting.com/account ) sign in with your forum name and password.

I have been change our PHP to level 2, and now waiting approval.

I Have DOne to Upgrade PHP Conf to level 2 with no pending again. But i still ahve some problem. I installed WordPress Blog too and "SUHOSIN" error still appears. Whats have i doing?

If you just received the e-mail stating the upgrade was approved, the script that does the upgrade can take between 6 and 24 hrs before it actually upgrades.
