upload website how???????

Please can I have step by step instructions on how to upload a website I designed on Frontpage. Would appreciate suggestions. Tks

Ok... Do you know how to use the direct upload features in front page? (see help files for setting this up) the relivent information that is needed to connect is found in your cpanel ftp area. You can also go to your Cpanel file manager and upload the files from there. Make sure you keep everything in the same folders. but all the files that are directly seen when you go into the folder where your website is currently go into the public_html folder then the others into subfolders within that folder.
