Uploaded - empty directory

Hi, I`ve uploaded wikipedia script here in subdirectory of my account http://xxxx.exofire.net/wiki/
and when I open it - it is empty.
In my control panel here the quota is:
Disk-Space Used: 0% / 0 MB of 300 Megabytes

What is the problem? Maybe the php level 1 set by default?!

It is there. Though when clicking the link it goes to a blank index page.

Saw this.. but there is some problem with the uptime of servers... I have access only half a day
