Uploaded files to public html, but they are not viewable

I uploaded some files to test your site, but they are not viewable.
blogtv.x10.mx/banner.html should show an html page with some flash object on, the page gets a 404 error.

I can see that page with no issues. Please clear your browser cache and flush your DNS, then try again.
