Uploading files?

I'm trying to use filezilla with the following arguments

HOST : ftp.impactcrew.x10hosting.com
SERVER TYPE : FTP
PORT : 21
LOGON TYPE : Normal
USERNAME : impactCrew
PASSWORD : **CENSORED**

help.....?

Try using the username : impacth and pasword that goes along with this.
