Uploading Website ?!

Help Please !!

my cPanel info
Username : drazen
pass : ******

Problem : I uploaded my joomla files to FTP, I go to my link and it says :

"Database Error: Unable to connect to the database:Could not connect to MySQL"

I was reading the forum and saw that there is a lot of similar or same problems and I didn"t understand what to do to solve the problem, probably because I am "noob" , can someone please connect to my cpanel and do what needs to be done, it seems problem is easy to fix, I am just stupid

I am sorry again but I really needs this website to work today, someone ?

dont EVER POST PASSWORDS ON FORUMS.
SINCE YOU HAD POSTED IT CHANGE IT IMMEDIATELY FROM ACCOUNT PANEL
DID you create db user and database from your Cpanel.If yes check your db user privileges

MySQL DB User : cpanelusername_mysqlsuer
MySQL DB Host : localhost
MySQL DB Password : ********

Create Db user and database from Cpanel
