Uptime

Hello, i am having serious issues with my uptime, my server is monitored by several webs for a month already, and my weekly reports say i have 88% uptime, and the time when the server was down the other day is NOT included in this number...

The guarenteed uptime is 99%, and i far dont have it...
I am very dissapointed and is there anything i can do to make my uptime higher.
I have the lotus.x10 server and my web is aldar.cz

There isn't anything you can do to increase the uptime. Some people are abusing our service which causes much of the downtime.
