After following these instructions, I was shocked to find that my previous website had disappeared and was replaced with a new WordPress site on my domain. I am deeply concerned about the status of my original site and would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.

x10 hosting free support forum is based on users helping other users. with some staff help.
the wait for a staff member to review your post could take a few days or more.
x10 hosting also does not provide any script support such as wordpress.
you might find a user who can help if they experienced the same problem.

you may have been told to replace the wordpress if your 1 or more other files got corrupted.
or you had a corrupted plugin for your wordpress,
doing that would replace the one you used to have.

staff may be able to help, but as mentioned a reply wont be right away.
