URGENT *cant log into account panel

I created a free hosting ad free account. i received the confirmation email

Username: ashwani

In fact i have been able to log into cpanel and upload my site too. But i simply cant log into the account panel.

When i try username="ashwani" i get a wrong password error even though I am typing the right password.

If i try my forum name "ashwani_pal" and the password, i get athenticated buti get

An Error Has Occurred
Whoops, an error occurred retrieving your account's data from our system. Please try your request again in a few moments.

I log into cpanel with the username "ashwani" and my password.


Please instruct me, what do i do furthur? I am totally confused.

You may be on the absolut server (my account is there too). I believe that the absolut server is having an outtage right now (http seems to be working, but mysql is broken). Check the server status page and then try again a little bit later.

My problem is persistent since yesterday!

i would appriciate it if a staff member checked my account.

I'm today registered, got everything at the right way signed up.
but I can't login.
copied username+password to login, even that doesn't work. tried to login with my email as username. nada.

made a networklocation in Windows to ftp of this site. they found the site, but also there I can't login.
