Hello Support Team,
I am moving my hosting to the new server X12 (Username: ylonrwhb), but I have a major issue with my primary domain: tusecreto.x10.mx.
The Problem:
The domain is currently orphaned and locked on the old server X15 (IP: 198.91.80.155). When I try to add it to my new account on X12, I get the "Domain already exists" error.
Technical Findings:
Server X15 is unreachable (No route to host).
I have already removed the domain from Cloudflare.
DNS lookup still points to the dead IP 198.91.80.155.
Requested Action:
Please manually PURGE the DNS zone and all records for tusecreto.x10.mx from your internal database so I can successfully add it to my X12 account and restore my website.
