I already deleted everything in wor pres and from softaculos I downloaded another apparently clean worpes again but I still get that error

I obviously already checked php .htacces wp-config, check the code in detail and there is no error in any of the three, ht accesses sends you to index.php the wp-config has the same url that I am trying to solve as well as home and the same in php in wp-option both the urls and home are the same I don't understand what's happening please help

anyway it shows more details in case you have done any additional configuration.
My advice to you is the following and in any case it will help you for other future projects:
Create the site locally with a local server such as XAMPP or WampServer, after having the entire site ready use the WordPress Duplicator plugin. That's it, you can directly upload the files created by Duplicator to the hosting. I hope it helps you
