Urgent help

Error from hooks wrapper: Domain action was not successfully completed
My old x10hosting account got terminated, now i have registered a new one with the same account.

I tried to add the domain freshwap.co.cc in cPanel as a parked domain but it says:

Error from hooks wrapper: Domain action was not successfully completed [1]. Error: Error from park wrapper: freshwap.co.cc is owned by another user.
Please Help
