Urgent: hosting account has disappeared

Hi,

My hosting account has disappeared. I have not logged in for about two months because I have not been unwell and not able to access the internet. I signed in today and the account has disappeared.

I've checked my email and received a suspension notice on Oct 11th due to inactivity. But there's nothing about the account being deleted. I don't have any backup files and am very worried about what has happened.

My hosting username is hjfitz and my url was onlinedr.x10.bz

Could someone please look into this asap and reinstate my account?

Oct 11 is more than a month ago. An account in a suspended state for at least 14 days or more without getting unsuspended is moved to the termination queue. From there it is automatically and permanently deleted. Nothing exists from your account anymore, and there's nothing to reinstate, no backups exist as the TOS said that you were personally responsible for your own backups.

Feel free to sign up for a new account with the same username and domain (if available) again. Just login to your account panel first, and then proceed to the sign up page.
