My panel is screwed up.

Then when i go to change my domain.

I've had this happen to me before, but it went away on it's own. You will probably need a support ticket for this if it continues as only account managers and higher can modify your account.

If it's a problem you can't fix yourself then it's likey (and because it's a domain change) that upper staff will need to deal with it. I had problems with my domain before and had to submit a ticket.
