URGENT: Please help me switch! - Today, 11:49 AM
Kudos on doing such an amazing job at fixing the current issues with service.
However, I rely for my business on the server to stay up. I only have a week to advertise heavily for an event and I am constantly loosing money on my ad campaigns. The current ETA is another 48 hours and I just cant afford that delay.
In a fit of despair, I forgot that I could have just upgraded my account with you guys. Instead I paid for 2 years! of hosting with another provider. now I cant login into my cpanel so I cant switch either.
CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME IN DOING A SMOOTH SWITCHOVER?
I just need the "EPP Code"/"Domain Password"/"Auth Info"/"Domain Secret" and change the nameservers to:
NS1.HOSTMONSTER.COM
NS2.HOSTMONSTER.COM
cpanel: flaming7
domain: flamingfusion.com
Please do help me. My business is just starting up and the success of my first event is very critical to this.

I realized I dont need to transfer domains in order to tranfer hosting service
