Dear X10Hosting Support Team,
I am experiencing critical errors on my WordPress website, and after troubleshooting, I believe that insufficient disk space may be contributing to the issue. I am reaching out to request an increase in my disk space allocation to help resolve these problems effectively.
### Reasons for Request:
1. Error Debugging & Log Files: I am currently unable to generate essential debug logs (debug.log and error_log.txt), which are crucial for diagnosing and fixing the critical errors affecting my site.
2. Plugin & Update Failures: Every attempt to activate or update plugins results in a critical error, possibly due to storage limitations preventing necessary file operations.
3. Temporary & Cache Files: WordPress and its plugins generate cache and temporary files that require additional space for proper functioning. A lack of storage may be restricting these processes.
4. Site Stability & Recovery: With more disk space, I can efficiently manage troubleshooting steps, including manually updating plugins and themes, restoring backups, and ensuring overall website stability.
Given the urgency of these technical issues, I would greatly appreciate an increase in disk space to facilitate the troubleshooting and resolution process. Please let me know if there are any specific requirements to qualify for this upgrade.
