"URL file-access is disabled in the server configuration"
Is there a way I can get that enabled? I've only been programming in PHP/SQL for a few days, but I want to use some fopen() commands on some outside websites... namely to get all of the FQL features working on Facebook since I'm designing a Facebook Application.
