I apologyse for this but i don't know were else can i ask for help. Here are administrators that know verry well what to do because they control a big web hosting.
I have a web hosting and i can't ue the smartrss on my blog website because some functions are disabled in my php.ini
I get this error:
Warning: file(): URL file-access is disabled in the server configuration ....
Warning: file(http://www.articledashboard.com/rss/Arts-&-Entertainment/63): failed to open stream: no suitable wrapper could be found in ...
Warning: implode(): Bad arguments. in
Can anyone PLEASE tell me if this can be solved from "php.ini" and what can i do to solve this problem?
I can control my own php.ini , if something must be added to it can you please tell me what i have to add into it?

EDITED: Problem solved. I've installed Vertrigo on my computer, i've edited settings from it and then i took a look into php.ini
and i saw the allow_url_fopen was OFF and i changed it to ON.
And thank you for trying to help me with a problem that does not make part from x10hosting.
