The URL of the website should be jigsupbaitandtackle.info, for some reason it changed to a sub domain of x10. I tried to change it back to jigsupbaitandtackle.info and it tells me a system error has occured. Can you please advise me as to the next steps I should take ?

x10.jigsupbaitandtackle.info is listed as a parked domain. Use cPanel to remove it first. Then you should be able to add jigsupbaitandtackle.info as either your main domain or as a parked domain.
