I've open a website on x10hosting and during the registration process, it was written that I could use my own domain name later.
Now I've it, how wan I set it up ?

First you have to point the namservers of the your domain to

ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com

the dns propagation may take upto 48 hours.

Then
you can change the primary domain in your account panel -->http://x10hosting.com/panel.php

OR

Park the new domain in your Cpanel

OR

add as Addon domain in your Cpanel

I've tried changing the primary domain but it's still the *.x10hosting.com domain which appears on account panel
I tried after adding a parked domain and I received the message

Error from park wrapper: .... is already configured.

So it means it's done ?

post the domain which you want to use instead of this..

I'm sorry to have registered two account but I need to temporally host the website of the association I'm in. We have problems with our current host provider so the time it's resolved, I'm hosting it here.

so the domain I want is www.aieseclln.be

I've started the DNS transition but I don't think it's already done.
The website as about 20 visit each day so I cannot allow myself a too long off-line time

First of all you are not allowed to use two accounts... Please login from account which you don`t want to use and open support ticket to request deletion of account.

Secondly your domain is pointed to following DNS
Nameservers:
Name Server1 --> ns2.x10hosting.com
Name Server2 --> ns1.x10hosting.com

Change them in order

Name Server1 --> ns1.x10hosting.com
Name Server2 --> ns2.x10hosting.com

Then Open a new ticket with this account.. and request to change domain manually...
