Use of eval is forbidden under an Intermediate PHP configuration

My application for PHP v was accepted and my account is pending a PHP version upgrade.
This level of Intermediate PHP configurations has the eval() function allowed.
but I keep on getting the same message in my OS Commerce application http://bank.x10hosting.com/leb_trail
when I try to edit some payment module:
Fatal error: SUHOSIN - Use of eval is forbidden by configuration in /home/bank/public_html/leb_trail/admin/modules.php(341) : eval()'d code on line 341

is that becasuse of the pendding upgrade or that error is related to something else that missed doing?

Please Advice me with the most suitable to do!!

The error will still happen until the upgrade is completed. Depending when you have received the e-mail stating you have been accepted, it can take anywhere from 6 to 12 hrs for the script to run to upgrade your account.

If after 12 hrs, you are still having these issues - please remember to clear your temp files, cookies and flush your DNS before checking your page / account. If the error is still there, please post back in this thread and one of the staff will assist you.
