used /account control panel messed up domain

Okay, so first I changed my account's domain from cydinc.x10hosting.com to cydinc.com

Then it worked, but I couldn't access it from www.cydinc.com , only cydinc.com

So then I tried lots of times to enter it as www.cydinc.com in the account control panel and for some reason after the millionth time, this domain is now parked at another account on this server.

Can you please unpark http://www.cydinc.com from this server so I may try again, or can some account manager plz directly change my domain within WHM bc right now, the account panel doesn't like "www."

The domain 'cydinc.com' is parked under the account 'cydinc' already. Both 'cydinc.com' and 'www.cydinc.com' load fine for me.

DNS takes a little while to update, so maybe that was why it was not working immediately for you.

It works for me too by 'cydinc.com' and 'www.cydinc.com'

Okay im having another problem..

http://www.cydinc.com doesn't work while just cydinc.com works. It doesn't look like a DNS problem bc if it was, neither would work.

Looking into this now, just a moment.

Edit: It looks like you had 'www.cydinc.com' set up as your account's domain, with 'cydinc.com' parked under that. I changed your account's main domain to 'cydinc.com' and both http://www.cydinc.com and http://cydinc.com load fine now.

Thank you Bryon. When I last looked at it, I couldn't see "cydinc.com" parked.. well it's fixed now.

okay so before all this happened we had a subdomain http://forum.cydinc.com, it worked and all.

Now after you fixed my account, it doesn't work even when my recently created subdomain http://mail.cydinc.com works perfectly without needing to wait for DNS to propogate.

http://www.forum.cydinc.com <- works
http://forum.cydinc.com <- doesn't work

Maybe it's "stuck" in the Zones in WHM or something? On second thought, just erase the DNS zones for my account, it'll probably be better to start fresh.
