I've received a message informing me of the following: "User jnagrqpl has used up 0.0% of their bandwidth and 105% of their allocated disk space" and experiencing issues with my site. I need assistance remedying this. Thanks in advance.

disk space increase requirements:
- your account must be at least 7 days old and follows the terms and conditions.
- you must be using at least 75% of your current space.
- all files must be used your website and not for storage of files.
- delete any temp or backup files on your account.
- photo galleries can only be 500 mb and do not qualify for an upgrade.

staff will need to review your website before determining if you qualify
