User Management Script

Can someone tell me how to make a registration and login script?
In PHP and without MySQL database, with something like plane text files... or if there's any premade script like that...

Hi I don't think that will be more reliable. You have to use a database to support more users.

Some people told me the same thing. But i don't how to use MySQL u___u so i can't use that.
