user name error

My account suspension was just recently lifted but i still cannot access my cpanel due to a user name error. It says the specified user name doesn't exist.

Are you using the cPanel username nabelvis to login to the cPanel?

If that doesn't work, try clearing your cache and flushing your DNS. Then restart your browser and try again.
