User names may not begin with a numeric character.

I tried the re-signup recommendation twice to no avail.

Try signing up with a username that doesn't begin with a number.

Does it mean that I have to go through the signup process again with the same email address ?

Just did and got this error message: Sorry, you already have a pending hosting account signup under your client account. Please log into the account management panel and complete the signup.

Please accelerate my account to some administrator that can either delete my account (so I can re-signup) OR change my username to something that conforms.
