I don't remember seeing anything in the rules about this, but I'm pretty sure it's not allowed. I'll ask anyway, though. Am I allowed to let people upload things to my site, like images? Once again, pretty sure it's not allowed, but I'd like to be sure before I go off and do something idiotic.
