username and password problem for entering cpanel

Hi.

I just set up an account yesterday. I am trying to direct my domain name to my free hosting account with you, following your instructions.

However, when I go to cpanel, it won't accept my username and password, telling me they (or one of them) is invalid. I've tried my username & pass as well as my forum username & pass, but neither works.

How can I access cpanel so I can use my domain name with your hosting service, please?

Make sure your entering the right data, you have a seperate login for the cpanel/ftp and a seperate login for the account panel/forums. Also the password/username is case-senstivie for the cpanel.

Hi bear123,

Please make sure you are logging in to the correct cPanel. Logging in to any other cPanel on any other server will not work. Your cPanel URL is:

http://stoli.x10hosting.com:2082

Also, note that your cPanel username is different than your forum username. Your cPanel username is case sensitive, so make sure you are using the following username with no capital letters:

bear123

Try logging in again following those guidelines, and feel free to post back if you are still having difficulties logging in to your account.
