Hello, I received the account creation confirmation email a while ago, but when I try to login it says that the specified username does not exist. Can someone please check?

Interestingly, when I was registering, it said an underscore wasn't allowed in the username, and so I used simply em as the username. The account creation confirmation email says the same. But I was only allowed to login when I tried em_em as the username.
